If you applying for a 21 or older years old (F1,F2b) son from uscis and you want that the petition works faster.It is preferable if you have a child of F2a category to apply for both because in majority of cases the waiting period will become shorter.Due the child you filed for the petition wi run more faster.The both visas will grant in a shorter period of time than if you have applied for an F1 or F2b category.
